Iranian Cultural Center obtains bid from Assad regime’s Services Directorate in Deir Ezzor

A source told the Deir Ezzor 24 Network that the Assad regime’ Services Directorate offered the Iranian Cultural Center a bid project to rehabilitate the al-Urfi Mosque in the city of Deir Ezzor.

The source emphasized that the bid value reached 18 million Syrian pounds that the center won to rehabilitate the mosque.

The source noted that the Iranian Cultural Center in Deir Ezzor rehabilitated mosques such as the mosque of Ali bin Abi Talib and al-Hussein in the al-Hamidiyah neighborhood.

Iran established the Cultural Center in Deir Ezzor in late 2018. The center has branches in areas in the governorate. The center provides Iranian-taste cultural, religious, political, and services projects that try to transfer the Iranian culture to people of Deir Ezzor.
