Deir Ezzor 24 network has learned that Iran has started preparing generals and officials belonging to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia, of Syrian nationality, as it opened the door to volunteering with the Revolutionary Guards, with 3-year contracts, during which the affiliated elements in Iran are trained, and then the batch graduated, under the name of “fighting terrorism” “.
According to private sources, the elements are sorted upon their return to receive their positions as trainers in the areas controlled by the Assad militia and the Revolutionary Guards militia in the eastern region, in return for a monthly salary of up to $1,200, and a security card issued by the Revolutionary Guards forces, certified by the National Security Office.
Among the privileges granted to trainers is the so-called “Hajj” title, while belonging to the Shiite sect is required, as a prerequisite for joining the course and obtaining its privileges.
Through the establishment of this local militia, Iran is trying to create an auxiliary force, which is an executive arm for its tasks, and to dispense with these tasks from foreign militias, and to recruit a cross-border militia, by graduating a batch of pilgrims, generals and officials, but the majority of the elements are from outside the city of Deir Ezzor.
