The Russian Reconciliation Center in Hatla Yaqun distributed 300 rations to the Hamishat neighborhood in the town of Hatla, northeastern Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that the distribution process took place in the presence of the Russian General “Andrei” and representatives of the Military Security Detachment and the Mukhtar “Fadel Al-Younes” and “Abdulaziz Al-Sahafi”, who received a quarter of the shares in return for filming and promoting the Russian forces.
He added that the basket contained one kilogram of sugar, two kilograms of flour, one kilogram of rice and one liter of oil.
The Russian forces distribute food baskets from time to time to families in the seven towns and villages east of the Euphrates.
