Daesh regains control over Al-Quriyah and Al-Asharah cities in eastern Deir Ezzor

Daesh has succeeded in regaining control over Al-Quriyah and Al-Asharah cities in eastern Deir Ezzor following heavy clashes against Assad’s forces and allied sectarian militias.

The recapture of the cities was the result of a series of surprise attacks in which at least 30 fighters from Assad’s forces and the Tarmah militias, which belongs to the Namr Forces, were killed.

The organization has also recaptured many positions in the city of Al-Bukamal, including points in the Jamiyat and the Sinaa neighborhoods.

There have been hit and run operations in the city of Al Bukamal for around a month, and both parties share now control over the city
