A major dispute occurred between the National Defense Militia and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia in Al-Bukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that the dispute came about because the Guard militia confiscated a large shipment of smuggled smoke coming from Iraq via the border after the Revolutionary Guard militia patrols besieged the house containing the smoke in the village of Al-Suwaiyah in the Al-Bukamal countryside, causing a fight and fire in the air between the two parties, so the dispute quickly ended in favor. Revolutionary Guard militia after the Revolutionary Guard leadership threatened to arrest all members of the defense militia in Al-Bukamal.
It is worth noting that the disputes between the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia and the National Defense Militia on the one hand, and the Fourth Division and the Revolutionary Guard militia on the other hand, have increased significantly in Deir Ezzor recently, in order to control the sources of smuggling.
