Assad’s forces arrested a number of people who wanted a settlement, on charges of belonging to terrorist factions, after they filled out settlement requests, which included the owner’s coming after 15 days to receive the settlement card, in return for his pledge to cooperate with Assad’s government institutions and not to prejudice the security of the state, while those who failed to serve are joined mandatory in their military units.

It is noteworthy that the numbers that attended to conduct the settlement are very few, and most of them are elderly and people with special needs, which proved the failure of the Russians and Assad’s militias with regard to the settlements, amid the presence of high-ranking figures from Assad’s men such as the head of the General Intelligence branch in Syria, Major General Hossam Louka, along with Heads of security branches and notables of clans loyal to Assad.

According to Deir Ezzor 24 network sources, cars belonging to the Al-Quds Brigade and National Defense militias from the western countryside of Deir Ezzor entered today to pretend that they had come from the SDF-controlled Jazzeera area with the aim of reconciliation with Assad’s forces.
