A source told Deir Ezzor 24 that on Tuesday morning, a military convoy of the Assad forces’ 17th Division left the city of Deir Ezzor to the al-Raqqa countryside, in particular the Ayn-Isa area.
The sources added that the convoy made up of ten buses transporting members, eight tanks, and four BMP armored vehicles. The convoy left from the al-Talaei’ Camp, western Deir Ezzor to Ayn-Isa.
This is the second convoy the Assad forces sent to Ayn-Isa in a week. The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) control Ayn-Isa in which crucial military operations occur nowadays between the SDF and National Army.
