Today, the Assad forces issued a decision that allows the people of DeirEzor to move their livestock and cars from SDF-run crossings towards Assad-held areas.
The decision coincided with a state of high alert among the commanders of the Baath party, the security forces and the advocates of reconciliation at the land and river crossings, which are fully shut down due to the protests condemning the reconciliations.
