The local administration in Deir Ezzor appointed “Al-Mu’tasim Billah Al-Mashwah” as a mukhtar for the town of Hatla, north-east of Deir Ezzor, to replace the previous mukhtar, “Fadel Al-Younes” (Abu Adnan), according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.

He said that the appointment of “Al-Mashwah” came instead of the article from the mukhtar “Al-Younes” last year because he did not fulfill the legal conditions that included the preparatory certificate, and the absence of a wanted child for service, in addition to his arrest at the time on charges of forging civil records.

“Al-Mashwah” works in the field of bakeries and contracting in the region, and he is the owner of the “Al-Mashwah” bakery in the town of Hatla.
