An exclusive source told DeirEzzor24 network that the commander of the Fifth Corps of the Russian First Division is imposing a sum of money on the new members of the corps.
The source added that Brigadier General “Abdul-Jabbar”, commander of the Fifth Corps in Deir Ezzor and affiliated with the Russian First Division, receives $100 from the salary of each new volunteer element within the Corps, under the pretext of covering the tasks assigned to them.
The salaries of volunteers in the ranks of the Corps are 200 USD per month, and it has been halved during the previous three months.
