The wife of the commander of the National Defense Militia in Deir Ezzor, “Firas al-Iraqiya”, and the chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Martyr Foundation in the city, “Manar al-Asaad”, led the humanitarian scene by launching the “By giving continues to fulfill” campaign.
