Aid has become a dispute between the public authorities in the areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor Governorate, according to what DeirEzzor24 network correspondents have monitored.
Our correspondent said that everyone wants to raise their shares with the Assad regime in Damascus, and they refuse to collect aid in the name of Deir Ezzor . The donations collected in mosques by order of the Endowments Directorate and destined for the Ministry of Endowments in Damascus do not accept the Directorate to collect them with others taken through the municipalities by order of the governor who presents them in the name of the Ministry of Administration. Local donations, or more precisely money stolen by coercion from the agricultural and sheep cooperative societies of the General Union in Damascus, will go to keep the Baath Party branch with the youth dependent on in-kind aid, some contractors, people’s secretaries, and party teams.
It is worth mentioning that most of the people of Deir Ezzor in the areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor refused to donate to the gardens formed by Nadam Al-Assad, because of their lack of confidence in the delivery of these donations to those who deserve them.
