DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

The Russian forces appointed a new officer named “Andrei” in the Russian Reconciliation Center and the Fifth Corps Command at their headquarters in the town of Hatla, northeast of Deir Ezzor, a week ago, coming from the Hmeimim base, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.

The new Russian officer began his new appointment in Deir Ezzor, by distributing aid to a number of families in the town of Tabiya Jazira, east of Deir Ezzor.

The Russian military system in the eastern region requires changing the officer appointed in Deir Ezzor every three months.
