Most mobile phones stopped working in Deir Ezzor province as a result of the Syriatel SIM cards stopping working, according to what was reported by the DeirEzor24 network reporter.
According to the reporter, the SIM cards that were stopped were working on customs devices in irregular ways by using the EMI code for more than one device (Arouri customs), which people resort to due to their low cost, which does not exceed 50 thousand liras.
The cost of regular customs ranges between one million Syrian pounds and 5 million, depending on the type of device.
