Yesterday, an American military delegation affiliated with the coalition visited the homes of the “Al-Rayyes” family in the town of Jadeed Akidat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of Deir Ezzor 24 Network.
He said that the reason for the delegation’s visit to the family’s homes is that they are in a sensitive area, as it is located on the western side and near the town of Tabiyat Jazira, which is under the control of Assad’s forces and militias.
He added that the tour was purely military, during which the borders between the areas controlled by the coalition, SDF, and Assad’s forces were examined.
This visit comes after the recent Iranian targeting of the coalition bases at the Conoco plant and the Al-Omar field.
The closest point from the control of the Iranian militias and the Conoco plant does not exceed 4 km from the railway in the town of Khasham, east of Deir Ezzor.
