Medical teams at Deir Ezzor National Hospital performed seven gastrointestinal endoscopy operations as part of the “Shifa 4” campaign, implemented by the Ministry of Health in cooperation with the “Shifa” medical team and MedGlobal, as part of supporting specialized medical services in the governorate.
The medical procedures included three lower gastrointestinal endoscopies and four upper gastrointestinal endoscopies, with the aim of diagnosing medical conditions and providing the necessary health care in accordance with approved medical standards.
These operations come within the campaign’s efforts to enhance diagnostic and therapeutic services, and raise the level of health care provided to patients in Deir Ezzor Governorate, which contributes to improving the quality of medical services and expanding the scope of benefit from qualitative specialties.
