DeirEzzor24 exlusive report :

Huge quantities of iron cables were stolen from the remains of destroyed building in the Jabilah neighborhood in Deir Ezzor city, which pushed the Assad security and police to conduct patrols and inspect scrap warehouses in the area, but to no avail.
Looting operations have become widespread in Deir Ezzor city. On the other hand, some accuse the Assad militias and security branches of involvement in theft and using it as a source of income.
