Today, The IRGC militia started digging trenches near its military positions in the Deir Ezzpr desert, using small digging machines, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said the militia started digging trenches in Muyzilah areas , the T2 station, the Mayadin dessert, Ayyash and some urban areas to avoid air strikes by hiding inside the trenches instead of evacuating the positions.
Iran-backed militias have resorted to such a tactic to avoid airstrikes in light of the ongoing US escalation in the region.
