Three days ago, the Central Authority for Oversight and Inspection in Deir Ezzor summoned Dr. “Ali Al-Ali,” head of the Red Crescent branch in the province, for interrogation, according to a special source for DeirEzzor24 Network.

The source said that the reason for summoning “Al-Ali” is to interrogate him in the case of the recent assessment of the families’ categories and the deprivation of some of them from support.

The source added that the investigation with “Al-Ali” took place over two consecutive days, as he blamed the mobile survey teams and indicated that the Crescent office receives objections and complaints and that he instructed municipalities and local committees to prepare lists of needy families.

Most of the beneficiaries of the category entitled to the monthly subsidy are merchants, owners of funds, doctors, and expatriate families, including the owner of the “Talila” tourist resort in Deir Ezzor, which is classified under category A, which is payable monthly, while most of the poor families
