The Fourth Division Security Bureau arrested Lt. Col. “Yas al-Salibi”, the commander of the division’s confiscation warehouses, on charges of selling confiscations on the black market.
The source said that the division’s leadership appointed Lieutenant-Colonel “Nizar” in his place, who is responsible for escorting scrap and copper shipments that the division exports to Aleppo.
It is worth noting that the Fourth Division in Deir Ezzor has a great activity in looting operations and imposing royalties, in addition to sponsoring smuggling operations, especially oil and its derivatives.
