Munir al-Qaisum, the brother of the commander of the Baath Brigades in Deir Ezzor, nicknamed “Abu Ayed,” assaulted people by beating and using obscene words, two days ago, at a gas station in the Harabish neighborhood of Deir Ezzor city, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that “Al-Kisoum” created a problem for the diesel filling stations at the Harabesh gas station, and opened fire on civilians and car owners, and bypassed the line to fill its vehicles.
He added that the problem occurred as a result of someone hitting a car belonging to Qaisum with his hand, which necessitated the presence of a security detachment to calm the situation.
“Munir al-Qaisum” is considered the right arm of the leader in the Fourth Division and his cousin, “Hassan al-Ghadhban,” brother of the Secretary of the Ba’ath Party branch, “Raed al-Ghadhban,” who leads smuggling operations in the eastern line, in addition to drug trafficking and the seizure of agricultural lands in Hawija al-Mariya.
