The Agriculture Committee of the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor Governorate has approved the harvest plan for the 2023 wheat season, according to a correspondent for DeirEzzor24 Network.

Our correspondent said that the plan included obliging the farmer to bring an approval movement before harvesting each field or threshing floor from the director of the district or the police station, signed by the heads of the agricultural association and the extension unit, canceling the estimates of the wheat crop and confiscating the wheat from the harvester under pain of security accountability and imprisonment of the farmer.

The Agriculture Committee in Deir Ezzor Governorate set the prices for plowing, harvesting and marketing work in the manner of plowing a dunam without providing fuel at 45 thousand pounds, and plowing a dunam with providing fuel at 40 thousand pounds.
