DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

The Agricultural Bank in Deir Ezzor province stipulated that the farmers present a clearance document stamped with the seal of the agricultural associations and extension units of the Directorate of Agriculture, in order to hand them over the value of the wheat, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.

Our correspondent said that the Agricultural Bank adds discounts to wheat bills, including fees for the local administration, the farmers’ union, the war effort, reconstruction, martyrs’ stamps, and the multiplication of seeds.

The Assad regime had set the price of wheat at 2,500 Syrian pounds per kilogram, in addition to a 300 pound reward, while the Self-Rule Administration set the price of a kilogram of wheat at 43 US cents, or its equivalent in the Syrian pound.
