Settlements returned again in Deir Ezzor province, as the directorates of institutions and departments affiliated with the Assad regime issued a decision, including their employees, who were in areas outside Assad’s control, that they must submit a settlement request.
In turn, the committee sends a copy of the request to the party committees formed in each department, and this also includes those with white records, under penalty of arbitrary dismissal from work and denial of social security, in the event that the request is not submitted.
