At least 3 civilians,from the town of Hatla in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor,were executed by ISIS under trumped up charges that they belong to the Shia sect.
Deir Ezzor 24 managed to document the names of 2 victims :
1.Yahya al Salum
2.Bashar Yahya al Salom, the son of Yahya al Slaum,he is a mentally ill person.
(We have not identified the third victim yet.)
In Addition ,ISIS executed Abdl Allah al Abid al Hindawi from al Shaitat tribe in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor after He was arrested in one of ISIS-run internet cafes since one month.
