Rehabilitation work on Al-Moghla Bridge in the eastern countryside of Raqqa continues, under the supervision of the General Corporation for Building and Construction – Raqqa Branch (SEBCO), according to successive technical stages aimed at completing the rehabilitation work and returning the bridge to service.
The work currently includes rehabilitating the pillars of the main body of the bridge outside the work site, in preparation for transporting them using cranes and installing them in their designated locations within the bridge body, in accordance with approved technical requirements.
In a related context, preparations are underway to implement experimental casting of the pillars in the coming days, in conjunction with the completion of the reinforcement steel installation works and the implementation of the concrete casting works, as part of the bridge rehabilitation phases.
These works come within the framework of the approved work plan to complete the Al-Moghla Bridge rehabilitation project, which will contribute to enhancing its readiness and improving movement and connectivity within the region.
