The people of the western countryside of Deir Ezzor prevented a Russian patrol from passing, while a notable personality of the area called on the people to retreat immediately and not to repeat what happened in Daraa
In this context, reinforcements arrived from members of the Deir Ezzor Military Council with the aim of supporting the people and preventing the Russian forces from advancing towards Raqqa Governorate.
The people gathered in the area separating the villages of Al-Jeneina and Al-Hussainiya and burned tires to prevent the entry of the Russian patrols consisting of four vehicles and one hundred soldiers from the pro-Russian militias with the support of the Deir Ezzor Military Council.
Activists from the western Deir Ezzor countryside called on the people to demonstrate tomorrow morning, Friday, in the town of Al-Jeneina, in refusal to the Russian patrols advancing from their areas to Raqqa.
