Loyal sources said that the Secretary of the Deir ez-Zor branch of the Baath Party, “Raed Ghadhban”, prepared an examination center for his brother, “Hassan Ghadban” to obtain a preparatory certificate by sorting out specific observers who insure him fraud operations.
According to the sources, “Al-Ghadban” seeks to improve the educational situation of his brother, who holds a basic education certificate (sixth primary), and who holds the position of commanding a military group affiliated with the Fourth Division of Assad’s forces.
They pointed out that “Al-Ghadban” worked to change the examination center, and kept it out of everyone’s view, as it was sorted to the center (Mohammed Ali Al-Arfi School) in the Al-Arfi neighborhood.
Inside the city, the ministerial delegate “Fred” was also replaced by another delegate.
It is worth noting that figures with political and military influence in Deir Ezzor are directly interfering in exams in Deir Ezzor, for personal purposes, or for the benefit of relatives, acquaintances, and mediators.
