A private source told DeirEzzor24 network that Hamsho’s attempts to control oil smuggling and transport operations in the eastern region have failed so far.
The source added that, during the last period, “Hamsho” was only able to obtain a very small number of crude oil tanks, due to the “Al-Qatirji” group and the Fourth Division continuing to acquire all smuggling and transport operations.
A conflict erupted last month between “Hamsho” and Al-Qaterji” to control the smuggling and trade of fuels in the eastern region.
