With the departure of the winter season, 30% of the people of Deir Ezzor in regime-held areas are still not benefiting from the annual heating diesel of 50 liters.
A source in Deir Ezzor fuel (Sadcop) told the DeirEzzor24 network that the reason is that the governorate’s fuel committee diverted most of the diesel requests for agriculture, transportation, and the government sector.
The annual heating diesel amount of 50 liters is usually given at the subsidized price via the smart card via a text message on the mobile phone.
