Case management training course to strengthen protection services in Deir Ezzor

A specialized training course in case management in the field of protection was launched at the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Deir Ezzor, in cooperation with the “Bloomont” organization, as part of the stability project for returnees, and will continue for five days.

The training addresses a number of topics related to case management principles, assessing beneficiaries’ needs, preparing response plans, and referral and follow-up mechanisms, in addition to emphasizing the importance of adhering to confidentiality and protecting the privacy of beneficiaries.

The course aims to raise the efficiency of cadres working in the field of protection, and develop their skills in dealing with various cases, which contributes to improving the quality of protection services provided to the most vulnerable groups and enhancing response to their needs.
