Assad-regime appoint an officer as mayor of Deir Ezzor

Mohamed Ibrahim Samra was appointed as mayor of the province of Deir Ezzor, after the Assad-regime issued the act number 319 in 2016 today.

The Assad forces control the neighborhoods of Al-Joura, Al-Qusour and Harabish in Deir Ezzor city and others, while 65 percent of the province territory is under the control of Daesh.

Before he retired, Mohamed Ibrahim Samra was a brigadier of the regime and also the general officer of the regime police in Al-Suwadae.
