DeirEzzor24 network correspondent said that Assad’s forces deployed military reinforcements to the town of Al-Husseiniya, adjacent to the SDF in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor.
Our correspondent added that the reinforcements included more than 100 members of Sheikh Nawaf al-Bashir’s militia, in addition to other mobilizations of the National Defense Militia in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor (Al-Bukamal region) , under the direct supervision of Brigadier General “Anwar Dayoub,” head of the mini-security committee in Deir Ezzor, and Lieutenant Colonel “Ali al-Masry,” head of the Military Security Detachment. in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
He pointed out that the Fifth Corps had brought 10 tanks to the villages of the northern countryside, east of the Euphrates, with a full alert of the militias, stopping the overnight stay, increasing the military shelters, and planting additional mines on the lines of contact with the SDF.
This state of alert comes in connection with the spread of rumors in Deir Ezzor about the intention of the coalition to attack areas controlled by Assad’s forces in Deir Ezzor
