The leadership of the al-Qaterji militia in Deir Ezzor awarded a reward of 70 liters of diesel fuel with an amount of 300 thousand pounds for each checkpoint that stops a car smuggling oil or its derivatives coming from the areas controlled by the SDF, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
He said that the militia aimed through this operation to intensify the activity of the checkpoints to control the fuel smuggled across the Euphrates River from outside the al-Qaterji constituency.
Al-Qaterji checkpoints are spread along the Deir Ezzor-Al-Mayadhin main road in each of (Mohassan, Buqrus and Al-Mayadhin), and work to monitor fuel smuggling operations in the region.
