DeirEzzor24 network learned from an exclusive source that new disputes began to surface between the Fourth Division and Military Security in Deir Ezzor.
According to the source, the reason for the differences between the two parties was that the Military Security entered cars through land smuggling routes, especially the (Al-Hussainiya and Al-Ji’ah) road without the knowledge of the Fourth Division, where the car entered loaded with materials and goods under the pretext of trade.
He added that the cost of entering a single car through these roads is about 2 million pounds, which is distributed among the influential in the branch without any receipt of payment.
The Fourth Division collects 3 million Syrian pounds in the name of customs for each vehicle entering the Assad regime-controlled areas in Deir Ezzor coming from the SDF areas, while the amount increases to 4 million Syrian pounds for the truck and 5 million pounds for the harvester, of which 1 million pounds goes for the river ferry fare.
