تحدثت العديد من وسائل الإعلام الألمانية عن شاب سوري من محافظة ديرالزور، كان قد أذهل الألمان بقدرته على التحدث باللغة الألمانية دون أن يخضع لأي دورة لتعلم اللغات، كما سلطت هذه الوسائل الضوء على استغلال هذه الشاب لموهبته هذه في مساعدة اللاجئين في ألمانيا.
إلى ذلك تصدرت صورة الشاب ‘ محمود رشيد الفراج ‘ من أبناء محافظة ديرالزور، وهو خريج هندسة بترول، الصفحات الأولى من بعض الصحف الألمانية وقنوات التلفزيون المحلية، بسبب تفوقه في تحدث اللغة الألمانية بدون الخضوع لأي دورات تعلم اللغة، وتقديم المساعدات الإنسانية للاجئين العرب وغيرهم من الجنسيات كمترجم لهم.
ويعمل محمود مع نخبة من الشباب اللاجئين من دول أخرى، كونهم متحدثين بطلاقة للغتين الانكليزية والفرنسية والألمانية، في مساعدة اللاجئين في ألمانيا على تيسير تواصلهم مع الألمان.
