شنت داعش اليوم هجوم على مواقع قوات الأسد في محيط المطار العسكري شرق ديرالزور, تمكنت من خلالها التقدم في عدة نقاط داخل قرية الجفرة. داعش بدأت الهجوم بتفجير سيارة مفخخة يقودها انتحاري, استهدفت نقاط تمركز قوات الأسد في قرية الجفرة, الواقعة شمال شرق المطار. عناصر داعش تمكنوا من التقدم في عدة نقاط داخل القرية ,بعد اشتباكات عنيفة مع قوات الأسد, قُتلى وجرح خلالها عدد من عناصر الطرفيين.
قوات الأسد ردت على تقدم داعش بقصف عنيف بالمدفعية الثقيلة وراجمات الصواريخ, استهدف محيط المطار وكل من قرية الجفرة والمريعية المحاذية له. كما استهدفت الطائرات الحربية نقاط الاشتباك وتمركز داعش في محيط المطار بأكثر من عشرة غارات جوية ,ولاتزال الاشتباكات مستمرة بينهم إلى الآن.
من جانب أخر دارت ظهر اليوم اشتباكات متقطعة بين قوات الأسد وداعش, على أطراف تلة الرواد ومنطقة البغلية غرب ديرالزور و التي تسيطر عليها داعش منذ فترة.
الجدير بالذكر أن كل من أحياء الحويقة والصناعة تشهد اشتباكات بين الطرفين منذ الصباح , مع قصف مدفعي من قوات الأسد استهدف أحياء المدينة.
