أبو أسامة العراقي
قامت إحدى الحسابات التابعة لداعش بنشر السيرة الذاتية لأبو أسامة العراقي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تحت عنوان “بعضٌ من سيرة الشيخ المجاهد أبو أسامة العراقي القيادي في الدولة الإسلامية.”
مؤكدين بذلك مقتل والي “ولاية البركة” أبو أسامة العراقي ووالي “ولاية الخير” عامر الرفدان في غارة لطيران التحالف في مدينة الحسكة شمال شرق سوريا منذ قرابة الشهرين. وهي المرة الأولى التي يعترف فيها التنظيم بمقتل قادته.
أبو أسامة العراقي هو خالد عثمان ضابط سابق في الجيش العراقي ترك الجيش في التسعينيات وانضم للتنظيم أثناء إقامته في مدينة الفلوجة العراقية ثم غادر العراق قادماً إلى دير الزور نصرة للتنظيم وذلك بحسب ما أفادته مصادر إعلامية عراقية.
لعب دوراً بارزاً في الانقسام الحاصل بين جبهة النصرة وتنظيم الدولة في إبريل 2013عندما تم إعلان الدولة الإسلامية كما أنه قاد معركة السيطرة على محافظة دير الزور مع أبو عمر الشيشاني أغسطس الماضي. ويعد أحد أبرز القادة المقربين لأبي بكر البغدادي ومن أقدم ولاة تنظيم الدولة إضافة إلى أنه أحد أعضاء مجلس شورى التنظيم. وبحسب ما جاء في سيرته الذاتية أن لأبي أسامة ابن قتل بعملية انغماسية في معارك تل تمر قبل مقتله بعدة أيام.
أما عامر الرفدان وهو عامل سابق في مصلحة المياه في ويعد من أبرز قيادات جبهة النصرة قبل أن يبايع التنظيم في بداية عام 2014 وسط اتهامات وجهت له من قبل عناصر الجبهة بالاختلاس وسرقة 5 ملايين دولار من النصرة قبل التحاقه بتنظيم الدولة و قد كان له الدور الأكبر في دخول و سيطرة التنظيم على محافظة دير الزور .
وقد تم تعيينه والي “ولاية الخير” فور سيطرة التنظيم على المنطقة ثم نقل إلى العراق كقائد عسكري للتنظيم بعد أن تم عزله بناء على طلب بعض قادة التنظيم من المهاجرين بأن لهم الأولوية في منصب الولاية بذريعة أنهم الأكثرية وأن عددهم يفوق عدد .
ولا يتوانى التنظيم عن التباهي ببطولات قيادته وإظهارهم بمظهر الصحابة والتابعين وذكر محاسنهم وتصوير معاركهم على أنها ملاحم كبرى حتى درجة المبالغة والخيال وكانت دير الزور 24 من أوائل الذين نشروا خبر مقتل القيادين فور وقوع غارات التحالف الدولي شمال شرق سوريا في وقت سابق.
