أفادت مصادر خاصة من داخل المستشفى العسكري بديرالزور لديرالزور24 عن وصول عدد قتلى قوات النظام خلال الساعات القليلة الماضية إلى 65 قتيلاً وأكثر من أربعين جريحاً آخرين، وذلك جراء المعارك الدائرة بين قوات النظام وداعش في منطقة البغيلية بريف ديرالزور الغربي.
من جهة أخرى، قالت مصادر محلية مطلعة أن داعش خسرت خلال معاركها مع قوات النظام حتى هذه اللحظة أكثر من 22 قتيلاً وأكثر من 30 جريحاً، ومن بين القتلى قيادات سورية في التنظيم ومقاتلون مهاجرون من أربع جنسيات.
الجدير بالذكر، أنه وخلال الساعات الماضية اندلعت اشتباكات عنيفة بين التنظيم والنظام في محيط اللواء 13 ومعسكر الصاعقة، يترافق ذلك مع تحليق كثيف للطيران الحربي وكذلك قصف مدفعي عنيف مصدره قوات النظام على قرى ريف ديرالزور الغربي، فيما تقوم داعش باستهداف قوات النظام المتمركزة في فندق فرات الشام غرب ديرالزور بالمدفعية الثقيلة
