Two members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia were killed and several others wounded on Monday 4-5-2020 in an attack by Daesh on positions of the Iranian militias in the badiyah of Al-Mayadeen city east of Deir Ezzor, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent added that the two members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard who were killed are locals from Al-Mayadeen city; one of them is called Abu Jaafar, and the other is named Ammar.
In the same context, our correspondent noted that a number of “al-Baqir” and “Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas” militiamen were transferred from the badiyah to the hospitals of al-Mayadeen and Deir Ezzor city after they were injured in the raids that targeted Deir Ezzor yesterday evening.
It is indicated that heavy raids hit positions of the Iranian militias in the badiyah of Deir Ezzor (west of the Euphrates) yesterday, where sounds of violent explosions were heard even in areas east of the Euphrates (the areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces and the international coalition).
