On Tuesday, International Coalition forces raised the alert in the Conoco gas field base in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
The International Coalition forces patrolled the frontlines with the Assad forces and Iranian militias near the towns of Khsham and Marrat.
The patrols coincided with the coalition’s warplanes circling the area.
A source told Deir Ezzor 24 that the International Coalition forces raised the alert in east of the Euphrates in response to military maneuvers Iran conducted in al-Mayadeen and western the city of Deir Ezzor, west of the Euphrates, last night.
The patrols reached advanced outposts near the Assad forces’ posts in Khasham. This is the first time the International Coalition forces advance to this extent.
