Raed al-Ghadban the secretary of the al-Baath Party branch in Deir Ezzor showed up binding his left arm while reciting al-Fatiha Quran verses for martyrs on the occasion of October 6 War. Al-Ghadban sustained a fracture in his wrist earlier as he slipped in his house which he seized in al-Omal housings in the neighborhood of Harabish, eastern Deir Ezzor.
