A source told the Deir Ezzor 24 Network that Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) militia’ fighters in Deir Ezzor demanded residents of the al-Rusafa neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor to show security declarations if the residents want to return to their houses or even check them.
The source added that the IRGC militia has recently resorted to this procedure in coordination with the Assad regime to seize houses and property of revolutionaries and Assad’s opponents.
The aim of this procedure is to seize the houses of revolutionaries and Assad’s opponents and even wanted people and turn the houses into military headquarters.
The Assad regime has issued several decisions and statements to seize revolutionaries’ and opponents’ property and give it to Iranian and other militias supporting the regime.
