Al-Qaterji militia has recruited more than 300 new members within the so-called “Village Guard” militia, which is part of the special missions company east of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
He said that the new fighters come from towns east of the Euphrates that are under the control of the Assad regime, and most of them are from the towns of Khasham and Tabiyat Jazirah.
The militia has established a new HQ in the town of Khasham, east of Deir Ezzor. It has headquarters in the towns of al-Husayniyyah, Marat, and Hatla.
