Recently, there has been a noticeable increase in the prices of wheat seed in the markets of Deir Ezzor , according to a DeirEzzor24 reporter.
He pointed out that the price of a kilo of wheat was 2,600 SP, and it recently rose to 2,750 SP, after the recent winter rains that heralded a good agricultural season.
The past agricultural seasons of wheat in Deir Ezzor were rather bad, due to the lack of rain and the scarcity of irrigation water provided to agricultural lands.
