Albukamal City Council announced the start of conducting a census of people suffering from chronic and incurable diseases, in addition to people with disabilities, with the aim of creating a comprehensive database that contributes to identifying the needs of these groups and learning about their health and social state.

The Council called on concerned citizens to take the initiative to register their data in the municipality building, or send it via email to the Council’s page, provided that the required information includes their full name, national number, and phone number, in addition to specifying the type of illness or disability.

The Council explained that the registration process will begin on Sunday, November 1, 2026, noting that this step aims to collect accurate data and statistics on the number of people suffering from chronic and incurable diseases and people with disabilities, helping to form a clearer picture of their needs and circumstances.

This measure comes within the framework of working to identify the groups most in need, provide data that can be used to study their health and social conditions, and determine priorities for responding to their requirements.
