The Raqqa Health Directorate, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program «UNDP», began rehabilitation and equipping the oxygen station at Tabqa National Hospital, which was out of service, with the aim of restarting it and meeting the oxygen needs of the hospital’s departments and wards.

The hospital’s head, Dr. Abdul Qader Al-Qoli, explained that the station has entered the trial operation phase, coinciding with the completion of rehabilitation and equipment works in preparation for its full return to service. He pointed out that the hospital currently relies on ambulance oxygen cylinders to meet the needs of the wards until the completion of the works.

The rehabilitation work aims to restore the oxygen station’s operation and enhance the hospital’s ability to meet its needs, supporting the continuity of medical services provided to patients across the hospital’s various departments.
