The Bab al-Faraj village school in the Tal Tamr countryside, northwest of Hasakah, is witnessing an almost complete absence of educational staff, despite the registration of about 150 male and female students, according to the villagers.

According to the parents, students continue to go to school every day, but the absence of teachers prevents them from receiving lessons, forcing them to wait a while before returning to their homes without benefiting from the school day.

The villagers called on the relevant authorities to intervene urgently to provide the necessary educational staff for the school and ensure the regularity of the educational process, warning of the repercussions of the continuation of the current situation on the academic achievement of students and their right to education, in conjunction with the continuation of the academic year.

The residents hope to find a quick solution that will allow students to continue their studies regularly, and restore the school’s role in providing education for the villagers.
