The Directorate of Education in Raqqa continues strengthening courses in the Arabic language, intended for pupils and students who fail in the transitional grades within the basic and secondary education stages, as part of efforts aimed at supporting students, addressing educational difficulties, and improving their academic level.

The courses are popular with the beneficiary students, as they include intensive lessons and comprehensive reviews of the basic concepts and skills in the Arabic language, in addition to practical training and applications that contribute to enhancing understanding and raising the level of preparation for the tests.

The head of the Specialized Guidance Division and supervisor of the courses, Mr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmoud, explained that these courses represent a supportive educational opportunity for students, and aim to address their academic weaknesses, which contributes to raising the level of academic achievement and achieving better results.

Ahmoud pointed out that the duration of the courses is three weeks, concluding with a compensatory exam that gives the pupil or student the opportunity to adjust his or her result in the Arabic language subject at his or her school.
