The Technical Services Directorate in Deir Ezzor Governorate has begun rehabilitation work on the earthy bridge adjacent to Dawar Al-Seyouf in the Kanamat neighborhood, which connects the neighborhood to the Hawijat Sakr area, after it was put out of service due to the flooding of the Euphrates River.
The works include the implementation of cement slabs, and the completion of comprehensive backfilling and leveling works, with the aim of reopening the road and securing transit traffic between the two areas.
The Directorate explained that these works represent a temporary solution to ensure the continuity of traffic movement until the Kanamat Bridge rehabilitation project is fully completed and returned to service.
